Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs   Judging a book by its cover, in this case, worked in Ransom Riggs’ favor because it looks so creepy and mildly disturbing that I was curious to pick it up off the shelf. It’s quirkiness definitely followed through til the end. What I liked most about reading this book was the author’s writing. Riggs emphasized voice from the main character, Jacob.
